Nuevo doesn’t design ordinary furniture, so we created an extraordinary brand experience.

When I joined the team, Nuevo had no digital or social presence—marketing efforts were limited to traditional trade show spaces, and the brand voice had yet to be defined. I led the brand and creative direction, overseeing a team of designers, external vendors, and all marketing efforts to bring a cohesive and elevated identity to life across every touchpoint.

Starting from the ground up, we built the foundation for our marketing channels, dove deep into customer data to understand our audience and target markets, and developed a custom, comprehensive eCommerce website tailored to how customers browse, get inspired, and shop the Nuevo collection.

We mapped the consumer journey, established a clear lead generation process, and integrated thoughtful, strategic content across the website and supporting digital channels. We also built an extensive asset library of product and lifestyle visuals, redefined the brand’s tone of voice, and curated meaningful partnerships to support long-term brand growth and goals.

And our customers took notice. They could now view products from every angle, download detailed spec sheets, order swatches, and manage their personal accounts—all with ease and full accessibility at their fingertips.

As part of the rebrand, we established a new visual identity that reflected Nuevo’s modern and elevated design sensibility. A fresh logo, updated typefaces, and refined colour palettes were explored and implemented across all channels, from packaging and showroom signage to web and digital assets—ensuring consistency, clarity, and a more intentional, design-led presence across every brand touchpoint.
